Designed for professionals at all levels, the Darwin Leadership Programs draws on a good understanding of Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Change, Diversity,  Innovation, Human Resources Strategy and much more to support your individual development.

After going through our 360-degree assessment, you’ll explore the different ways you lead and identify individual challenges and opportunities. Towards the end of  the program you’ll work one-on-one with an executive coach to interpret feedback and develop a customised plan to achieve your goals.
